Test Water Chemistry

Skim, Brush, Vacuum
Surface debris is skimmed, walls and steps are brushed to prevent algae buildup, and the pool floor is vacuumed. If we see algae starting, we treat it immediately.
Empty Baskets & Check Equipment
Skimmer and pump baskets are emptied. We check pump operation, filter pressure, and look for leaks or worn seals. If the filter needs backwashing, we do it.
Balance Chemistry
We add what's needed—liquid chlorine, acid, soda ash, algaecide. All standard chemicals are included in your monthly price. If something unusual is needed (like phosphate remover), we'll call first.
Photo & Notes

Screened pools collect less debris, which can lower the price slightly. Non-screened pools—especially near oak trees—require more cleaning time and may be $10-$15 higher per month.
Location on Route
If your pool is in a tightly grouped neighborhood we already service (like ChampionsGate or Celebration), pricing is at the lower end. Remote or one-off locations may be slightly higher due to drive time.
Vacation Rentals
Short-term rental pools often need mid-week checks or turnover-day cleanings in addition to weekly service. We price those separately based on frequency and urgency.
