Central Florida Pool & Spa provides professional pool and spa maintenance, cleaning, equipment service, and optional monitoring services intended to assist property owners in maintaining safer and better-functioning aquatic environments.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Central Florida Pool & Spa is NOT a lifeguard service, does NOT supervise pool or spa usage, and does NOT guarantee user safety, water sterility, or protection against illness, injury, or property damage.
Pool and spa conditions can change rapidly due to:
- Weather
- Bather load
- Power interruptions
- Equipment failure
- Chemical demand
- Third-party use or tampering
Monitoring systems, sensors, and automation tools (including The Pool 365 Program) are SUPPLEMENTAL tools only. These systems may experience delays, inaccuracies, outages, or communication failures and do NOT replace proper owner operation, routine inspections, or professional oversight.
WATERBORNE ILLNESS DISCLAIMER
Naturally occurring bacteria, including but not limited to Legionella pneumophila, may exist in aquatic environments. No pool service, chemical treatment, monitoring system, automation device, or maintenance program can guarantee prevention of waterborne illness.
CENTRAL FLORIDA POOL & SPA MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY POOL OR SPA WILL REMAIN PATHOGEN-FREE OR COMPLIANT WITH ANY HEALTH AUTHORITY AT ALL TIMES.
OWNER RESPONSIBILITY
The property owner and/or operator is solely responsible for:
- Pool and spa access control
- Gates, barriers, and locks
- Supervision of swimmers
- Posting safety signage
- Heater temperature settings
- Closing pools when unsafe
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Central Florida Pool & Spa shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, personal injury, illness, loss of use, business interruption, or property damage arising from pool or spa operation or use.
FORCE MAJEURE
Central Florida Pool & Spa is not responsible for service delays, water conditions, or system failures caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to hurricanes, storms, power outages, internet failure, chemical shortages, vandalism, or third-party interference.
