Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, we'll make it right or refund your payment.

Equipment Warranty

Equipment installed by Central Florida Pool & Spa includes manufacturer warranties. As an authorized warranty station for Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, and Zodiac, we can perform covered warranty repairs.

Our Installation Warranty: We warrant our installation workmanship for 1 year from installation date.

Repair Warranty

Repairs performed by our technicians are warranted for 90 days. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we'll repair it at no charge.

Service Plan Commitment

Weekly service customers are guaranteed:

  • Service on your scheduled day (or notification of changes)
  • Same technician for consistency
  • Photo report after each visit
  • Chemicals included in service price
  • Priority scheduling for repairs

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from customer negligence or misuse
  • Acts of nature (lightning, hurricanes, freezing)
  • Equipment damage from improper water chemistry maintained by customer
  • Normal wear and tear beyond warranty period

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim:

  2. Provide service date, technician name, and description of issue
  3. We'll schedule a warranty service visit within 48 hours
